Bright Interactive is an established software development company based in central Brighton. As our new Implementation Consultant, you’ll be responsible for ensuring our clients receive a great experience throughout the implementation process which takes place after they have purchased our flagship product, Asset Bank, which is a Digital Asset Management tool.
Asset Bank helps brand managers, marketers and digital asset specialists all over the world organise, control and share their digital assets. We work with over 800 global clients including IKEA, ITV, Coca-Cola & Unicef.

We’re looking for a proactive and innovative consultant who can walk the line between technical configuration and business-focused conversations. You’ll need to be comfortable talking to IT teams and marketing managers alike, helping to build a common vocabulary to ensure your projects are delivered smoothly. With support from experts across our established professional services team, you’ll be nurtured to grow and develop your skills, taking responsibility for client engagements and supporting other colleagues as you grow in confidence. Being a great communicator is a huge part of this role and the ability to manage expectations for both our clients and across our team is essential.
Whilst you’ll be supported and mentored by other members of the team, you’ll have the freedom to manage your day and workload to keep on top of things. We’re looking for someone who is both proactive and a self-starter to ensure that you keep things moving even in times where your clients may be unavailable.
A big part of this role is continuous improvement, so we’d love you to have a passion for learning and taking on new challenges. Previous experience with Digital Asset Management, whether you’ve worked in the industry or used similar products in past roles, is a plus but not a requirement.
This is a varied role and as a business, we work collaboratively across teams to deliver the very best for our customers.
You’ll be working with new clients from around the globe and supporting them through both system configuration and training once Asset Bank has been installed by members of our infrastructure team. You’ll also be working with existing customers to ensure they are using the system to the best of their ability and providing advice on ways they could improve their configuration. There is also the opportunity to support our marketing team by writing blogs, how-to guides, and similar material if this is an area you are passionate about.
Deliver onboarding and our range of professional services to new clients which include training sessions, product health checks, data migrations and large consultancy projects:
Liaising with a range of clients and building initial relationships during onboarding
Scheduling and delivering online training sessions
Working with clients to assist with the design and configuration of their system
Implementing application configuration based on client requirements
Migrating data from previous applications as required
Supporting our Customer Services team with best practice advice and assistance with more complex queries.
There is also the opportunity to support others throughout the business, whether helping a colleague in the sales team to design a great trial for a prospective
There will be the occasional need to deliver face-to-face training or consultancy sessions, either based in our Brighton office or via travel to the client’s office, otherwise, this role will be based in our Brighton office full time.
£30k-£35k + Benefits + Profit share
