Easily find a document

Probably the most important aspect of our document storage system is that all your colleagues and partner organisations can quickly and easily find the document they need. Our system's features include; browse by category, browse promoted collections, browse by popularity, quick search, advanced search, search builder (for complex queries) and search by GIS location.

Control access to documents

With Asset Bank and Dash you can set up a number of different user groups and control how they can access your documents. Permission options include view, edit, download and upload. Approval workflows can also be configured, ensuring the right checks and balances are in place prior to items going live or being downloaded.

Storage

There are a number of storage options available for your document library. It can be stored on your server's local hard disk, on a SAN or in the cloud via Amazon's S3 storage, which is scalable, reliable and great value.

Enterprise scale

We have proven experience with some of the largest organisations in the world. Asset Bank's Enterprise Edition comes with features that cater to a large organisations needs, including Multilingual, LDAP integration, REST API, CMS integration and Organisation Units.

Premium features

In addition to our Standard and Enterprise document management system, there is an option to add separate Premium Features including Document Editor Plug-in, Video Keywording, and Presentation Builder. We can also build other features if required.
