We are looking for the next member of our Customer Success team.  You will take on responsibility for onboarding our new clients for our Asset Bank product. You’re given the opportunity to work with a range of amazing global clients and the responsibility of guiding and shaping the way they use our highly regarded software product Asset Bank

The role

You’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality, insightful and inspiring training and consultancy sessions.  As part of this, you'll be providing consultancy services that are innovative and engage clients through both technical configuration and business-focused conversations.

You’ll get the opportunity to support new clients with their system configuration, user training and guidance with the aim of making sure that their Asset Bank meets their needs and provides value as effectively and efficiently as possible.

We have an impressive client portfolio and as part of our service offering we run consultancy and training for clients who need a little extra support. This means that you’ll also get the chance to work with existing customers to ensure they are getting the most out of the system.

As you develop in the role, you will become the source of Digital Asset Management expertise and best practice for both clients and colleagues.

What you'll be responsible for

You’ll deliver onboarding to new clients and our range of professional services which includes training sessions, product health checks, data migrations and large consultancy projects.  You will be:

  • Liaising with a range of clients and building initial relationships during onboarding
  • Planning and scheduling activities in collaboration with the CSMs
  • Coordinating  and delivering online training sessions
  • Working with clients to design and configure their DAM platform
  • Implementing application configuration to a brief or based on expertise
  • Migrating data from previous applications as required
  • Providing consultancy support to resellers and partners
  • Carrying out product health checks, including seeing how a customer is using AB and how their needs have changed
  • Designing and delivering bespoke consultancy projects
  • Supporting others throughout the business e.g. working with our sales team to design a great trial for a prospective client, or our marketing team to create content such as blog posts and ‘how to’ guides

Who we're looking for

If you are a proactive and innovative professional services consultant who is comfortable talking to both technical and creative people then we’d love to hear from you!

You will be:

  • A strong communicator who can put customers at ease and find it easy to relate to a wide variety of people
  • Proactive, organised and a self-starter. Able to work independently but you value the interaction and feedback being part of a team provides
  • Able to quickly understand a brief and put it into action
  • Confident with translating technical terms and concepts into terms people with non-technical backgrounds can understand

Ideally you will also:

  • Have experience with using or implementing a DAM
  • Hold a Bachelor-level degree in a related filed or equivalent experience.
  • Have 3 years or more experience in a similar role
  • Be familiar with databases, including running SQL queries or keen to learn
  • Have skills in a range of applications and technologies such as advanced Excel, CRMs/ticket systems, Hubspot, Zendesk, Jira
  • Be familiar with CMS platforms
