If you are having a problem with your Asset Bank application and you are in Customer Support or under warranty then follow these steps to report the problem to our Customer Support team.

If you are reporting a defect or your question is not answered by our help areas, please email support@assetbank.co.uk.

For defects, please include the following information in your email:

  • the time of the error
  • a description of the error, including any error text shown on the page
  • what you were trying to do when the error occurred
  • the username of the user you were logged in as
  • any relevant details (e.g. the ID of the asset in question)
  • if possible, a screenshot showing the page displaying the error
  • your contact details in case of further queries
