If you are reporting a defect or your question is not answered by our help areas, please email support@assetbank.co.uk.
For defects, please include the following information in your email:
- the time of the error
- a description of the error, including any error text shown on the page
- what you were trying to do when the error occurred
- the username of the user you were logged in as
- any relevant details (e.g. the ID of the asset in question)
- if possible, a screenshot showing the page displaying the error
- your contact details in case of further queries
