The team’s role is to ensure we partner with our customers, understand their challenges and goals, and support them every step of the way. You’ll find us endlessly patient, able to offer ideas and solutions, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure Dash lives up to your every expectation.

Proactivity

We don’t sit back and wait for the phone to ring. We constantly keep an eye on how our customers are getting on, spotting where we can help and add value, and then we’ll pick up the phone and make a difference. We also use tools such as in-app notifications and chat to ensure we are there with our customers right where they need us.

Personal

Our Customer Success Managers know our customers. It’s a human thing. Our customers have their CSM’s direct phone number, and you won’t find any automated phone systems here! We can meet you onsite, or you’re welcome to visit our offices in Brighton on the UK south coast (we’ll even buy you an ice cream). We are our customers’ trusted advisors, whatever the weather.
