Technical Support

Our Technical Support provides the following benefits:

An Extended warranty

Your normal warranty with Asset Bank is six months. Upon joining Customer Support, we extend your warranty for as long as you're in Customer Support, meaning that any defects you find will be fixed for free.

Service Level Agreement

A Service Level Agreement gives you our guarantee that your issues will be dealt with as quickly as possible - for example, we guarantee to begin working on critical issues within 4 hours of your call.

Free Product Upgrades

Included in the support fee is the ability to upgrade your Asset Bank application - we aim to have at least two product upgrades per year.

A Dedicated Support Staff

You will have the peace of mind of knowing that there is a clear process for handling your calls. All support enquiries go through our Customer Support Team, who will log your call and ensure that you remain notified throughout the process.
