Set up a video library
Asset Bank enables you to create a searchable media library of movie clips, for example for movie cataloguing. You can, of course, store images and all other file types as well as video clips in your digital asset library.
Video Storage & Management
- Software to store movie clips: stores all popular formats, e.g. MPEG, AVI, Flash, WMV.
- Generates video thumbnails: creates a thumbnail from the movie clip to show in search results. You can choose which frame to use as the thumbnail when you add the video clip to your video repository.
- Generates video previews: shows a short preview clip in Flash (or MPEG) so that users can decide whether they want to download the video clip without having to download a large movie file.
- Video conversion: users can choose to convert the clip to a different video format on download. For example, they can convert to MPEG, AVI or Flash.
- Video clip resizing: users can also resize the video file before they download it.
Create an online video library
Your video database can be available internally, e.g. on your office network, or it can be hosted on the web, for example to share videos with customers and partners.
Sell movie clips online
You can sell video files online using Asset Bank's eCommerce module. Customers can view thumbnails and preview clips, add the video clips to a shopping basket and then pay for them online.
