Installation
If you want to host with us then we will install your Asset Bank free-of-charge. Otherwise, you can install it yourself (we provide simple instructions), or we we can install it for you:
- on your web server
- on a server on your office network (LAN).
Initial Data Upload
We can add your existing digital images and other documents from CD into the Asset Bank, including adding metadata and assigning them to categories. You can then check the categories and metadata and approve each asset using the 'batch update' feature.
Training
We believe that the user-interface of Asset Bank is so intuitive that most users will not need training! However, if required we can provide half-day training sessions.
Post Rollout Support
We provide User documentation to help with any user-related questions whilst using Asset Bank. For technical support, we offer a comprehensive Customer Support Package. Find out more »
Scanning
If you have hard copies of pictures or diagrams, we can manage the process of scanning these and adding them to the Asset Bank.
