Asset Bank makes it easier for you to sell your images, videos and other digital assets online through our well organised, accessible photo gallery software. Asset Bank will integrate with a payment provider of your choice, like PayPal or WorldPay.

The software makes it easy for customers to add assets to their online shopping basket and pay for files before downloading them individually or in bulk as a zip file. It's an investment that will keep on raising profits for years to come.

How our ecommerce image management software works

The online eCommerce image software package includes all the features of the core Asset Bank, with the following additions:

• Price metadata field added to each asset or set in the admin area with price bands that enable different prices for different versions of assets. For example, you can have different prices for low-res and high-res downloads.
• The prices of assets are shown to customers in searches and on the 'detail' page. A shopping basket shows the cost of each asset, any taxes and the total cost.
• Short and simple checkout process: the customer is taken to the payment page on a secure server. Asset Bank can integrate with most Payment Service Providers (PSPs), find out which ones.
• Once payment is successful, the customer can immediately download the assets individually or as a zip file. Alternatively they can return at a later date to download the assets they have bought from the online image library.
• Software enables you to easily configure the currency, tax percentage and length of time available for download after payment
• You can also sell hard copy prints of assets, with different prices for different sizes and quantities and include a charge for shipping
• Pricing: the eCommerce package is the same price as the standard package with the addition of a £750 fee for PSP integration as well as a charge for configuring the Asset Bank to support your desired download/pricing options. The fee for this varies depending on the complexity of the rollout but a typical configuration set up will be roughly £2,000.
