Flexible Digital Library Software

Although Asset Bank is an out-of-the-box digital asset management solution, and a standard installation can be used to store files of any type, you can use it to create a centralised storage respository for specific file types, for example:

Create an Image library to store images online or within your organsiation.
Create a Video library. Use Asset Bank as a video management system.
Implement a Document Management System (DMS), making use of features such as configurable workflow, text searching within documents, version control and audit trails.
