Do we need Asset Bank's Enterprise License?

Asset Bank's standard license includes all of the features you would expect from a fully functional digital asset management system - including all the features you see in our online demo.

However, we recognise that some organisations have more complex needs, and Asset Bank includes functionality to support them. The following list details the 'enterprise features', for which an 'Enterprise' license would normally be required:

• Multilingual: if you want to create an image library available in more than one language
• Integration with your organisation's LDAP server
• Multiple 'asset types', each with potentially different metadata fields
• Organisational Units (support for 'libraries within the library')
