I‘m not being offered the option to download an image

When I look at ‘image details‘ I am only being offered the option to ‘add to my lightbox‘ and not to download.

This is because you don‘t have permission to download this image without approval.

To obtain approval to download, choose to ‘add to My Lightbox‘ and then request approval for the asset within ‘My lightbox‘.
