Submitting Asset Requests

Users with "Requester" permission will be able to see the Requests element in the left hand menu.

Once a request is submitted a notification email will be sent to managers/admins that will approve it.
Note that a Requester can amend the descrition only until a request is approved.

 

The Status field will inform the Requester on the stage the request is in.
When fulfilled, the system will send a notification email to the Requester, and the requested Asset will be available in the Request details.
