Submitted Assets

Assets can be subject to workflows (so they require some level of approval prior to appearing live on the Asset Bank).

The 'Submitted Assets' page records all the assets that the current user has submitted to the application that are currently involved in a workflow.

If the application is setup with multiple workflows then the page enables the user to select the workflow they are interested in at the top of the page.

Once a workflow has been selected (either automatically because there is only one or manually by the user) then all the assets that the current user has uploaded that are currently in the workflow in question are listed.

The assets are broken down by the state they are currently in ('requires approval', 'rejected for resubmission', etc.)  and in cases where the state requires input from the owner (like 'rejected for resubmission') then the actions that the user can perform will be listed next to the asset. A thumbnail representation of the asset is also shown for each.

Assets that require an action can be individually acted on by the user. The user selects the action they would like to perform for the asset, optionally provides a message that will be available to the next user and then clicks the 'Submit' button for the asset.
