Here you can see 3 saved searches selected to display on the users homepage.

If your Asset Bank is configured to allow it, then it is possible to save any searches you perform so that you can quickly execute the same search again whenever you like. 

To save a search, simply click the 'Save search' link when you are on the Search Results page:

This will take you to the Save Search page, where you will need to specify a name for your saved search. You can also choose whether to display a link to the saved search on the homepage. Note: saved searches will only display on your homepage, no other users will see them. Also, you are generally limited to a maximum of 10 saved searches, although this may vary depending on how your Asset Bank is configured.

To manage your saved searches simply visit the Saved & Recent Searches tab in the Advanced Search section.

Here you will be presented with a list of your previous saved searches which you can run, edit or delete. You will also see a list of your recent searches. This provides details of the last 10 searches you have executed and gives you the option to run them again or turn them into a saved search.
