You can perform a 'Quick Search' from any page in Asset Bank. Simply enter one or more words into the search field in the top-right of the screen and click 'Search'.

Asset Bank will then search for matches in the metadata of the assets (i.e. the attribute values) and you will then see a list of any assets that match.

There is also a prominent 'Quick Search' box on the home page, which behaves in the same way.

If the categories-on-quick-search setting on your Asset Bank is set to 'list' then both the quick search in the header and the one on the homepage will show top level categories as a filter option in a list box next to the keywords box.

If the setting is set to 'radio' then radio boxes for the top level categories will appear as a filter option against the quick search only on the homepage.
