The first step of sending a marketing email is to select the users who will receive it. Users can be found entering any combination of the criteria on the page and then clicking Find. The matching users will be listed towards the bottom of the page, and initially all will be selected to receive the email. You may unselect any of these users to exclude them, but in order to proceed at least one user must be selected.

Before creating the email, it is possible to select a marketing email template as a starting point. If no template is selected, the email will be initially blank.

Click the 'Create Email' button to move onto the next step.
