Powerful download options
Powerful download options mean users can quickly download the file they need in the format they require.
Download presets
Asset Bank allows administrators to set up as many quick download pre-sets as they wish. This then allows users to select an asset and then have it converted to the appropriate dimensions, colour space and file format to match their needs.
Advanced Download Options
You can decide if users can access the Advanced Download Options page. Here they can: download the original, choose the file format (e.g. convert to JPG), select a crop area, re-size, change quality and rotate.
Send as attachment or link
Users with download permission can optionally choose to have the asset(s) emailed instead. If the assets are too large to attach, then Asset Bank will automatically send a link instead, allowing the recipient to download the files.
Image masks
Want rounded corners on your images, or maybe your company logo? Upload transparent PNG masks to the system and your users will be able to overlay them on any image in the system from the download page.
